As much as we wanted the forum to succeed the only hits we were getting on it lately were spam bots… If we can get more people interested in Jeepitis.com. I will find a better message board to use, that will filter the spam and still let everyone post. I hope everyone understands that this is a family site and we had to do whats best .

Jeepitis - The Next Generation

As you know this is a family run website. So we like to include our children in our love of Jeeps. We have recently added another to our brood, and there is no doubt that he will catch “Jeepitis.” Already this little guy has a Jeep…bouncey chair, strollers (3), playpen, diaper bags (3), rattles, walker, and clothes. Wow didn’t realize how much we actually had till i wrote it all down. Anyway, with each child we’ve collected more and more baby Jeep gear. Although some of these things are hand me downs, he will by far be the luckiest of the 3 :)

Welcome, Caleb to the Jeepitis family!!!

Now if only i could find a Jeep highchair….

I just saw the movie “Benjamin Button”… Very good, very “Forrest Gump.” Anyway I once again sited a Grand Wagoneer . They are just all over the place. Apparently the movie makers think they symbolize the ultimate family vehicle, and of course we couldn’t agree more… If only they still made those big beautiful Jeeps.

Hollywood loves The Grand Wagoneer.

Ok this may seem silly but i swear there are a ton of Wagoneers being used in Hollywood. Just this week i’ve seen one 4 times on….

Heroes : D L Hawkins owns a Wagoneer. Shown in at least 3 episodes.
Friends : “The One With The Ski Trip” Ross borrows Carol’s Wagoneer to bring gas to stranded friends.
Diagnosis Murder : This was a brief drive by.
“Raise Your Voice”(2004) : Man who plays Hillary Duffs dad drives Wagoneer.

It’s summer, and time for TV re-runs. With nothing new to watch video rentals seem more appealing. For those Jeep lovers who have seen everything else. Rent this little known movie…. “Tugger: The Jeep 4×4 Who Wanted To Fly” (2005) Starring: James Belushi. It’s animated and for the whole family.

Anyone who has seen it please comment.
